uh i'm late to post the new blog about my thanksgiving weekend. :o one of my friends told me to update the new blogs often. I am trying my best even though I MUST -.-

During the thanksgiving, I had a crappy dinner with my family. :( its KOREAN BBQ! ugh, but, I am very thankful...

- my amazing family! how can i live without them? especially my mom! she's like my best friend and my everything. oh yes, I truly adore my 9 years old cousin, Jessica. She is my interpreter, baby sister, the only cousin whom I can talk to. of coursee, my brother! he has done so many things for me. even he helped my situation. he's a great counselor even though he's troublemaker. no wonder, he's popular as I've noticed. I won't forget what he did. I love you, oppa!

hmm, on black friday, it was freakin crazy! I went to the seven places with my friend. It was very tiring. I got up at 5am just because my friend complained. ugh, We went to shopping at the first place, BEST BUY. OMFG it was very crowded and insane! After shopping, I went directly to my cousin's house to celebrate my 3 years old cousin's birthday. I got him a construction truck. REALLY LAME. My cousin really loves my aunt's present, RIDE. He LOVES to RIDE.

homemade Japanese rolls!~

I recently made the baked salmon rolls & double avocado rolls today. They are my most favorite rolls!~  I was very craving for homemade rolls. ITS FINALLY TODAY!~ yay!
 I learned how to make sushi last year from my parent's friend who owns his sushi restaurant. He's PRO! :o
 I hadn't made sushi last year till today. I really wanted to make because I was hoping that I DIDN'T forget how! yay, MISSION IS ACCOMPLISHED!
 I haven't learned how to make Baked Salmon Rolls. no one taught me how to make it, but I asked my mom one thing is spicy marinated. I tried my best to make it. it went well :) ...... BUT! baked salmon rolls on the bottom is bit hard because it's overcooked. Next time, it gets better!

ICHIGO DAIFUKU (STRAWBERRY MOCHI)

In these past days, I was very craving for strawberry daifuku after my new friend, John Pak mentioned about it. I've always wanted to try it. It was time to make strawberry daifuku with my amazing girls, Kimberly Han&Desiree Duong. I was bit nervous making these. I hoped it went well. I made the mochi, but it was EPIC FAIL. I had to make it again. It went well!~ 
IT IS FUCKIN DELICIOUS!~

Last Friday, my old friend, June Kim and I haven't hung out since two months. June was dying to see me, so I made my time to hang out with him for the night. We went to Korean Festival that we hadn't been there for so long time. We thought it would have so much fun at Korean Festival. NO OFFENSE, Korean Festival was fuckin BORING. We walked around&just met my parent's best friend. He thought June and I are in relationship. He and I are not DATING. GOT IT?

omg maltese!~

When I had time to go home on the weekend, I couldn't wait to see my entire family. I just got to home and my mom came to me&mentioned it, there are the surprises to see that I had ever desired since I was in MIDDLE SCHOOL. I was like omgosh, show me! My mom said, "you will see tomorrow morning." I seriously couldn't wait to see the surprises. Next day, I went to my uncle's house&just saw the 5 PUPPIES! omg, are they Maltese?! yes, they are MALTESE! MALTESE is my MOST favorite BREED!~ :)  I've always wanted a Maltese dog for a long time, but my father wouldn't let me to have one. It is disappointing&wish my dad could accept the dogs in my house. GUESS WHAT? there are 2 mother adult dogs + 5 puppies = 7 dogs in the house. SO MUCH FUN to play with!

On October 1st, my mom kept begging me to come home, but I couldn't make it to see my mom. I actually tricked my mom that I would come home on the weekend because it was my grandfather's death anniversary on October 1st. When I arrived at my uncle's house, SURPRISED my mom. Of course, she was surprised to see me&happy. HOWEVER, my mom actually SURPRISED ME.. there are 11 dogs in the house.. :O It is crazy to take care of these dogs in my uncle's house. It is all for my 9 years old cousin. My cousin is gonna give the adult dogs away.
